How I Help You Reignite Your Career

I firmly believe that each of us has strengths, gifts … and when those gifts are out there in the world, we shine brighter than the sun. My job is to make that happen with you – asap. The basic five steps of working together:

1. We get all of your frustrations out on the table to clear your head.
2. We figure out exactly what would  excite you in your career and work.
3. We find simple, easy steps we can do right away to improve things.
4. We make a longer term plan to make bigger things happen.
5. We deal with obstacles as we go and have fun along the way.

I work with clients by phone or Skype, sessions are one hour in duration, and each call begins with a clear agenda.

Meet Jan Bavea

I partner with frustrated, restless professionals to name and claim their authentic strengths so they can infuse more zest, joy, and meaning into their careers and lives, even if change seems impossible.

I have spent a long time as a teacher and counsellor, working throughout Northern New South Wales and Central and Western Queensland. I discovered that people sought help not because there was anything inherently wrong, but because they were stuck in some part of their lives and were not sure how to proceed. I love discovering the strengths within people and helping them use these special talents to get over stuck points and onto greater things – especially in their careers or businesses.

My husband and I have also owned a variety of small businesses over the years; retail, livestock and real estate agency, grazing and even a small country pub. We’re in a small village in the Armidale area of New England, New South Wales. Now I combine much of the best my experiences into this work that I love passionately.
